Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** AutKENtic Beauty is an appointment-only studio. To protect reserved appointment times, cancellations or no-shows made within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount. Scalp assessment and diagnostic appointments require dedicated preparation and reserved time and are subject to a fee of up to 100% if cancelled within the cancellation window or missed without notice.
